Inno3D will also be releasing an 8800GT with a cooler from Arctic Cooling but it's the old Accelero X1. If this is a new revision of the X1 it is still unknown, but there are several reports that the old X1 doesn't mount on the 8800GT, even though it has the compatible mounting holes.
Using the Accelero X1, they are able to overclock the card from factory with speeds of an impressive 700MHz for the core and 2GHz for the GDDR3 RAM. Unfortunately the shader clock remains unchanged at 1500MHz.
According to Inno3D, the cooler will help the card keep its temperature at a more comfortable 59ºC of load temp, against 84ºC of the stock cooler.
Pricing and availability isn't known at publishing time.
