That's right, laptop, not netbook. Fake?
As the 12.1" on the picture gives away, it's a bigger device but priced at a not too sky high $600, without an OS.
It has an Atom 330 inside and an Nvidia 9400M, making it an Ion based laptop. The desktop Atom also supports x86-64, something that the Nxxx Atom currently lacks.
The screen is good for 1366x768 and it also comes with Bluetooth, WiFi and a 320GB HDD.
