A new motherboard from Jetway, targeted at all of the current AMD desktop processors.

Jetway made the debut of the DDR2/DDR3 motherboard, the MA3-79GDG COMBO, from which I also published benchmarks.
The new motherboard is similar to most of the other high quality motherboards from Jetway:
  • AM2/AM2+/AM3 compatible
  • Japanese capacitors (Panasonic)
  • High-quality solid inductors
  • Solid capacitors on the CPU power supply
  • 4+1 CPU power supply, 125W CPU support
  • DDR2 1066 & DDR3 1333
  • Dual PCI-e x16 slots (one only 4 lanes)
  • AMD™ 780G Chipset and AMD™ SB700 Chipset
  • Onboard DDR2 64MB sideport memory
  • Integrated Gigabit LAN

The boards layout is also very good and the non-full size ATX format will surely help it fit better in many ATX cases that don't go very well with width ATX boards. It's just a shame that the SB750 got left out on this one.

I currently own an M25GT6 motherboard in my main machine, of which I can only speak highly off. Jetway is one of my favorite brands of motherboards right now. No electrical noise, no bad capacitors, no bad solder and rock-solid stability even in Linux - which today is still not something taken as granted.

Jetway will also be releasing the XBLUE-78VA3, based on the AMD 780V chipset, which doesn't feature the 64MB on-board graphics RAM.
