My colleagues at Donanimhaber have managed to grab a picture of the soon to be released Gigabyte 9600GT card.
It still features the same cooler as the newer 8800GT models and the card is not very different from it. The use of this cooler will allow silent and cool operation(~60ºC or less), without much fuss, definitely a strong selling point from most of the latest cards from Nvidia.
It has a different PCB, but the 512MB of RAM - in standard cards - and 256bit width memory bus, make it quite a lengthy one.
The clocks are the stock ones and have been known for some time: 650MHz for the core, 1800MHz for the RAM and 1625MHz for the shaders.

The latest release date known for the card is February 19th.
