Firingsquad has a review on the thing. It's what we've expected, it keeps the HD3850 at bay in most games and even the HD3870 in some cases. Bioshock and Crysis though are another story... It seems even the HD3850 can put up a fight with the XXX, while the regular one loses to it. Something I wouldn't expect.
Either ATI has improved it's drivers or they did something wrong in the review. This without AA or AF, otherwise only 512MB cards are in the game.
The 512MB 8800GT is a go, but this one it's a mixed bag, let's wait for more reviews.
After seeing this, the overclocked and cheap HD3850 512MB cards are looking very appealing.
