Black Edition Phenom to launch next week

After the success that Black Edition CPUs had with overclockers, especially the X2 5000+, AMD will launch a Black Edition Phenom, as we reported previously.
It seems that the CPUs will be launched next week, putting aside most hopes of this new SKU being based on the new B3 revision. The model in question should be based on the 2.3GHz Phenom X4 9600.
As it seems the TLB bug can only manifest itself in situations where virtualization is used, some people, aware of this, can probably make some compromise and clock the chip as high as it can go. On the other hand, with the errata fix turned on, the performance loss, in some situations, is so big that it makes hard to recommend this CPU to anyone, even with overclocking.
What I would like to see is a Black Edition X4 9650 priced competitively.
