AMD to replace Phenom 9600 and 9500

AMD will be replacing the current Phenoms on the market with models 9650 and 9550 when it releases the B3 revision Phenoms, expected in Q1 2008. Final samples will be available already next week, more benchmarking and overclocking then.
It will also introduce the 2.6GHz Phenom 9900 and the Phenom X3, the 8x00 series, all in Q1 we hear.

For 2008 AMD will also keep the Brisbane core and introduce some new models based on the 65nm K8.
We will have a X2 5600+ clocked at 2.9GHz with 512KB L2 cache per core and featuring a 65 watts TDP. The 6000+ and 6400+ will be discontinued in favor of the new Phenom cores.

The Athlon X2 BE-2xx0 series will be replaced by the AMD Athlon 4850e, Athlon 4450e and Athlon 4050e, clocked at 2.5Ghz, 2.3GHz and 2.1GHz respectively, featuring the same 45W TDP.
Can it get any more confusing?
