MSI delivers huge FSB overclocks and enables the Athlon II to 6GHz, for less than 70eur.
The board itself is an AM3 model with some rather simple specs and a 4+1 phase PWM design. It's based on the old, but proven, AMD 770 chipset and the SB710 southbridge, which is an SB750 without RAID 5 support, but still has ACC:

An enthusiast at Xtremesystems has achieved, with the help of liquid nitrogen, 6GHz on an Athlon II X2 250 - a rather "modest" 200% overclock.
Also, the motherboard is capable of an impressive FSB clock of 450MHz:
The MSI 770-C45 is available in Europe for around 70eur, or $100 at the current exchange rate.

Perfect motherboard for a small price. Currently in Greece it costs at about 50 Euros. When the time comes and things start to phase out, one could overclock this one, but with extra cooling on the MOSFETS and NB. I am considerably impressed. No bells and whistles, this board is promissing!
