There still isn't any official statement from AMD regarding the launch of the new processors but there has been one leak from MSI, regarding CPU support in their motherboards.
Both processors will fit in the 95W TDP envelope, the Phenom II X3 740 will have a 3GHz clock speed and the Phenom II X4 820 will be bumped up to 2.8GHz and feature the same 4MB of L3 cache as the Phenom II X4 810. All three processors are AM3 processors.
Also, AMD will release an updated Phenom II X4 945 with a 95W TDP.
