After releasing the successful HDT-S1283 cooler a while ago, Xigmatek has been working on a similar cooler called the S1283 Red Scorpion.
This is merely an evolutionary design, that received a revised, more aesthetically pleasing fan, and nickel plated heatpipes.
Xigmatek didn't screw up the design with the nickel-plating though, they were careful enough to leave copper exposed in the base, following closely their Heatpipe Direct Touch(H.D.T.) design that has been proved useful.

The cooler will be compatible with sockets 775, 754, 939, 940 and AM2 retention mechanisms. Also important is the rubber fan holding mechanism, to reduce vibration and noise incurring from it.
No word yet on retail availability and pricing.
