Asus will soon be releasing these two very similar motherboards, which are based on the new high-end chipset from Nvidia, the 780a.
The new motherboards employs both HMDI and D-sub video outputs, which are connected to the 780a integrated graphics chip. This is the first product based on Nvidia's new product line for AMD processors which will have support for both Hybrid SLI and Hybrid Power.
Although Hybrid SLI support is of dubious usefulness in high-end boards, the Hybrid Power side of the technology will bring huge power savings to the new platforms, especially when paired with SLI.
The new motherboards use Asus's 10 phase PWM circuitry, with two of those phases dedicated to the integrated northbridge. The Formula uses an audio riser card, to provide better sound quality, while the M3N-HT features the regular integrated solution. Both boards use only solid capacitors and the PCI-Express slots will work in dual x16 or single x16 and dual x8 to provide dual or triple Crossfire support.
As for Gigabit Ethernet, the Crosshair II Formula has two connectors instead of one.
Supposedly, the Crosshair II uses an NF200 chip, but we still can't get a peek at it. It possibly is used to provide PCI-Express 2.0 support, as usual.
Price of the M3N-HT is quoted between €200 to €250, depending if the board comes with the Mempipe cooling module or not.

"triple Crossfire support"
I don't think so, triple SLI, yes, crossfire, no.
last i heard they were working on tri crossfire its very possible
They have quad crossfire out now but it's not going to work on an Nvidia chipset.
Quisiera saber si, Esta placa resiste Los Nuevos Procesadores AM3??
Hola,
Sí, lo hacen si se actualiza la BIOS.
