XFX released two versions of the new Nvidia 8800GS graphics card, a regular one and a XXX version, both are "Alpha Dog Editons" but it all new XFX cards are.
The clockspeeds in the standard version are 580/1400/1450 for core, memory and shaders respectively. The XXX version packs considerably more punch, with speeds of 680/1600/1700. Very impressive clocks that will make this version very competitive against the 8800GT of 256MB.
The PCB is a new design, shorter than the 8800GT, on XFX's classic mate black with green ports.
Pricing also helps with competitiveness: 169eur for the XXX version and 149eur for the standard one.
