Although details of the R700 may be a bit confusing yet, the card may still arrive in 2008. Some sources are claiming that the presentation at AMD's Investor Day was misinterpreted and the card is still on track for 2008.
If the rumors about the G100 turn out to be true, they really do need to launch the card in 2008, no late than the second quarter of the year, preferably sooner. We don't want another R600 fiasco and they can't afford screwing up again.
